Booking and Payment • Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received. • Payment links will be sent after you submit a booking request and it is approved. • The tour price covers one participant; additional participants are added individually and charged accordingly. 2. Cancellations and Refunds • Cancellations up to 6 days before the tour: full refund. • Cancellations within 3 days: partial refund or credit for a future tour. • No-shows or last-minute cancellations: no refund. • If the tour is canceled by the organizer (e.g., due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances), a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered. 3. Participant Requirements • Suitable for ages 10 and above. • Participants must be able to walk comfortably for the duration of the tour. • Please inform the organizer in advance of any mobility limitations or health conditions that may affect participation. • Any dietary restrictions or allergies must be communicated in advance. 4. Location • The tour begins and ends at designated meeting points, as stated in the tour description. • Exact meeting details will be provided upon booking confirmation. • Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. 5. Health & Safety • Please wear comfortable walking shoes and dress appropriately for the weather. • Follow the guide’s instructions at all times, especially when crossing streets or walking in busy areas. • Participants join the tour at their own risk; the organizer is not responsible for personal belongings or injuries caused by failure to follow safety guidelines. 6. Tour Content • The tour includes guided commentary, stories, and insights about the neighborhood’s history, architecture, and food culture. • The route and stops may vary slightly depending on weather, events, or accessibility. • Entry fees, tastings, or food stops (if applicable) will be clearly indicated in the tour description. 7. Photography & Sharing • Photos may be taken during the tour for documentation or promotional purposes. • Participants can request not to appear in photos or social media content. • You’re welcome to take photos during the tour, but please respect others’ privacy and follow any site-specific photography rules. 8. Liability • The organizer is not liable for accidents, loss, or damage to personal property during the tour. • Participants are responsible for their own safety and belongings.
